  • How long does a typical oil change take?

    Most standard oil changes take 20-30 minutes; full maintenance checks may take up to an hour, and we'll always give you a time estimate before starting.

  • Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

    Yes, you can reschedule or cancel anytime before your appointment by calling us or replying to your confirmation email — no fees.

  • What if I'm running late?

    Call ahead and we'll do our best to hold your bay slot for up to 15 minutes; after that we may need to fit you in as a walk-in.

  • Do I need to leave my vehicle, or can I wait?

    Most services are quick enough to wait in our comfortable lobby with WiFi and coffee; for longer repairs we can discuss drop-off options.
